Hot Springs Village sits twenty minutes up the road from our base — squarely inside the working radius. The Village generates a specific kind of work: older homes coming down for rebuilds on golf and lake lots, slopes that need holding, pads that need cutting, and drives that need fixing on terrain every bit as vertical as Hot Springs proper.
We bring the whole toolkit inside the gates: demolition, dirt work, grading and pads, lot clearing and retaining walls — Scott's specialty, and the Village's most-needed trade given how its lots roll. Free estimates, owner on every machine.

The Village's first generation of homes is aging into decision time, and on the best lots — water view, golf frontage — the decision is often a rebuild. That starts with a clean, contained teardown on a lot where the neighbors are close, the streets are quiet, and nobody wants a mess sitting for weeks. Demo with haul-off built in, then grading that leaves the lot build-ready, is exactly our package.
We're glad to coordinate around whatever the POA and your builder need — the goal is a teardown that goes down on schedule and a lot handed off ready, with the pad cut right and the ground shaped to drain. One outfit from last-day-of-the-old-house to first-day-of-the-new-one.
Anyone who owns in the Village knows the ground: ridges, ravines and lake edges, with houses perched on all of them. That's retaining wall country — walls that hold a backyard flat, keep a driveway from creeping downhill, or carve a level outdoor space out of a grade. Walls are the thing Scott will tell you he got good at, and Village terrain is where that specialty earns its keep.
The same terrain drives the rest of the list: drives that need regrading so they stop washing, low corners that hold water, brush-heavy lots that need clearing before they can sell or build. If it involves the ground under a Village property, call (501) 617-1511 and get a straight read on it.
